Issue No.3 of Petrograff magazine came out at the end of 2013. This annual publication covers Russian graffiti culture everywhere, from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. It brings together photos of walls and entrance ways, souvenir snaps from trips abroad, and an interview with the musician and graffiti artist Fuze, as well as a selection of works by graffiti activists the MVP crew. This issue of Petrograff also comes with the first supplement produced in conjunction with the Street Art Museum. Here, you will find news about our new project and information on street art festivals in Russia, along with details of organizers and participants. You can also read our interview with Pasha 183 from early spring last year. But above all, in the supplement we ask ourselves and others the question: is there such a thing as street art in Russia?
